Ingredients

  • salmon - 19.5 oz (550 g), fillet
  • ginger - grated, to taste
  • soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • coriander - 1 bunch
  • curry - 2 tbsp, paste
  • oil - 1 tsp

How to cook

Mash the salmon with the curry, soya sauce, coriander and ginger.

Stir well and knead a mince, form 4 patties from it.

Heat the oil in a pan and braise the patties for 4-5 min. on each side.

Put them in burger buns, add a slice of cucumber and lettuce or vegetables of your choice and serve right away.

You can serve them without buns, with just lemons and a cucumber.
