Boil the whole octopus with lemon juice for 50 min. Take it out of the water, cool it and cut it into pieces.

Heat olive oil in a pot, put in the octopus with the finely chopped garlic, the wine and onions and cook until the liquid starts getting absorbed.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately with fried toast.
