How to cook
Chop the onions finely. Peel the potatoes and dice them. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a pot and braise the bacon in it until golden. Take it out with a slotted spoon and put in a plate. Braise the onions in the same oil until softened.
Add the potatoes and water and bring to a boil. Lower the stove to a minimum setting and boil the mixture for 15 min. Dilute the flour with a little milk.
Add the remaining milk and cream to the pot, turn up the stove and let the mixture boil. Add the diluted flour and stir. Add the salt.
Cut the fish into pieces and add it to the soup along with the bacon.
After 3 min., remove the pot from the stove. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
