Ingredients

  • water - 3 1/2 cups
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • lemons - 10

Preparation

Mix the sugar and water in a pot and heat on a slow fire until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from the stove and let it cool.

Squeeze out the juice of 9 lemons. Save 1 for decoration. Add the lemon juice to the sugar syrup. Stir well, cover with a lid and leave for 6 hours in the freezer.

Take it out, leave it at room temperature for 20 min. and crush it into pieces using a fork. Put it in a large bowl and crush finely.

Distribute it into glasses. Cut the last lemon into slices, without peeling them, and decorate with glass with slices of lemon. Serve immediately.
