Sift the flour with the sugar and salt and make a well in the middle. Mix the yeast with 2/3 cup (150 ml) warm milk and add it to the milk.
Mix the tomato paste with the remaining milk and pour into the flour with the 2 types of olive oil. Stir and knead a soft dough. Cover and leave in a warm area for 2 hours.
Knead the dough once again and mix it with the chopped tomatoes and onions. Form 4 bread buns and arrange them in an oiled tray.
Cover with a towel and leave them for 45 min. Heat the oven to 374°F (190 °C) and bake the bread for 45 min.
