How to cook
Cut the trout into 4 pieces and place each onto a sheet of foil.
Chop the dill finely. Mix the cream with the dill, salt and white pepper.
Squeeze the lemon, add the juice to the cream mixture.
Smear the mixture over the pieces of fish, wrap them up in the foil and bake for 20 min. at 356°F (180 °C).
