Ingredients

  • honey - 1/3 cup (75 g)
  • sugar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • margarine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) or butter
  • flour - 2/5 cup (110 g)
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 1
  • powdered sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • hazelnuts - 2 tbsp (30 g), ground
  • oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation

Melt the honey with the sugar and margarine on low heat, without boiling them.

Remove from the stove, add the flour, baking soda, ground walnuts and egg.

Stir the mixture well and distribute into 14 muffin cups, smeared with oil. Bake 15 min. at 356°F (180 °C).

Cover with a towel and leave them to cool completely.

Mix the powdered sugar with a little water so you get a thick glaze and smear it on the cakes. Sprinkle with some ground hazelnuts in the middle.
