Ingredients

  • green beans - 1 4/5 cups (450 g), washed
  • sesame oil - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • ginger - 1", grated root
  • soya sauce - 2 tbsp

How to cook

Saute the beans for 6 min. In the meantime, heat the 2 types of oil and braise the garlic for 2 min.

Add the ginger and soya sauce and cook another 2-3 min.

Mix with the green beans and leave the dish to sit for several minutes so the flavors mix right.

Serve as a garnish to a dish of your choice.
