How to cook
Heat the oven to 374°F (190 °C). Boil water in a pot, add the washed and peeled potatoes, parsnips and carrots.
Boil for 2 min. and drain them.
Pour the olive oil in a pan, add the vegetables, shallots and garlic. Braise them until they change their color.
Add the seeds and bay leaf, cook 1 more min. and season with salt and black pepper. Transfer to an oven dish and bake 45 min.
