Make a well in the middle and pour in the milk, stir and knead a soft dough.
Put it back in the bowl, cover and leave in a warm area for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Knead it once again, form a round bread and transfer it to an oiled tray.
Cover with a towel and leave it to rise once again for 1 hour. Heat the oven to 392°F (200 °C) and bake the bread.
