How to cook
Put the potatoes in salted water for 12 min. Drain and leave them to cool, then cut them in halves.
Heat the olive oil in a pot and braise the onions and garlic.
Add the tomato paste, tomatoes, vinegar, chili, chili peppers and paprika. Saute for 5 min.
Add the potatoes and stir well. Cover and saute for 8-10 min. Season with salt and black pepper, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
