How to cook
Put a part of the mixture into a small tray, place 1 fillet on top, pour on a part of the spice mixture on top, place another fillet on top and finish off with spices.
Cover with foil, place a cutting board on top and press with cans or some type of weight.
Put in a fridge and take the fish out after a few days have passed. Make the dressing by mixing the products for it. Cut the salmon into very thin slices and serve with the dressing.
