How to cook
Cut the chicken meat very finely. Cut the radishes into thin round slices. Cut the cucumber into very tiny cubes. Chop the parsley finely.
Stir together the meat, radishes, cucumber and parsley and distribute the mixture into 4 plates or bowls.
Put 3 mozzarella balls into each plate. Mix the cream with the yoghurt and salt and distribute it into the bowls.
