Mix the milk with the sugar and cream. Add the chopped mint leaves and heat the mixture on medium heat.
After it comes to a boil, remove it from the stove, cover with a lid and leave it for 10 min.
Sift the milk through a sieve to separate the mint leaves from it.
Add the chocolate, crumbled into pieces, to the hot milk mixture.
Put it back on the stove and heat on medium heat while stirring nonstop, until the chocolate dissolves completely.
Remove it from the stove and beat with a whisk until foamy. Distribute into glasses and decorate with whipped cream.
