How to cook
Take the meat out of the lobster, cut 6 of the eggs to roughly the same size as the lobster meat.
Boil water and dip the tomatoes for 30 seconds in it, take them out and peel them. Cut them into quarters and remove the seeds, then cut them to roughly the same size as the lobster and eggs.
In a deep bowl, mix the mayo, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, add the eggs, lobster meat and tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper. Transfer the mixture to a plate.
Melt the gelatin with the sherry and stir until the gelatin dissolves. Pour a thin layer of it over the mixture in the plate and cool. Cut the remaining 2 eggs, smear them with the remaining gelatin and place on top of the above mentioned mixture.
Cool and garnish with parsley.
