How to cook
Pour the flour into a deep bowl and make a well in the middle. Put the egg, yoghurt in which you've mixed the baking soda, the vinegar and salt in the well.
Stir the dough with a spoon until homogenous. You will get a very soft dough, leave it aside for 20 min.
With oiled hands, form 4 small pitas, arrange them in an oven dish with baking paper.
Bake the rice pitas about 25 min. in a preheated 338°F (170 °C) oven with the fan on.
