To make traditional Turkish tea you will need a double teapot or 2 teapots on top of each other.
Fill the bottom teapot with water and put the black tea in the top one. Put it to boil on a moderate stove, boil 5 min. after it comes to a boil and then take it off the stove.
Let the teapots sit for 1 min., then pour 2 finger widths of water from the bottom teapot into the top. Put the teapots back on the stove, one atop the other, and brew for 15-20 min. on low heat.
Pour the tea into clear glasses and serve it hot, sweetening to taste.
