Once the dough is prepared the standard way, leave it aside to rise.
Braise the onions 2-3 min. Add the peppers and keep them on the stove about 15 min. and salt.
Preheat the oven to 428°F (220 °C). Smear an 11 3/4″ (30 cm) pizza baking pan with vegetable oil.
Once the dough is risen, knead it for 1 min. and roll it out into the pan. Arrange the peppers and their sauce.
