Potato Chips with Cottage Cheese and Mascarpone Dip

Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin round slices. Smear 2 trays with olive oil, rub them with half the garlic and put them in the oven at 347°F (175 °C) for 5 min. to get heated.

Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the trays and sprinkle with 2 pinches of salt. Bake 10 min. at 347°F (175 °C).

Turn them over and bake another 15 min., until the chips turns golden. Flip over again and bake 5 more min. Take them out onto napkins.

To prepare the dip, cut the parsley finely. Chop the remainder of the garlic finely and mash it with 1 pinch of salt.

Whip the cottage cheese, add the mascarpone, cheese and milk, add the garlic and parsley and stir everything. Serve the chips along with the dip.
