Ingredients

  • cabbages - 1
  • vinegar - 1 cup
  • butter
  • black pepper
  • water
  • salt

Preparation

Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, take out the core. Cut it into fine strips.

Fry the cabbage in heated butter, pour on the vinegar, as much water as necessary and saute slowly. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
