Cut the chicken in 2 halves, salt well and roll them in the flour. Arrange them in a glass cook pot.
Grate the onion very finely on a grater, add the whipped eggs, cream, salt, black pepper, curry and oil at the end.
Pour the resulting mixture over the meat, cover it and roast in a moderate oven.
Before removing from the oven, take the lid off and roast another 15 min.
