How to cook
Prepare the meringues by beating the egg whites with the powdered sugar and putting teaspoons of the mixture into a tray laid out with baking paper. Bake 30 min. at 302°F (150 °C). Lower the oven to 212°F (100 °C) and bake the meringues another 1.5 hours. Then increase the temperature to 356°F (180 °C) and turn the oven off in 5 min. Leave the meringues for 30 min. in the oven.
Prepare the ice cream as follows: separate the egg whites and egg yolks. Beat the egg whites to snow. Separately, beat the cream, adding condensed milk a little at a time. Add the egg whites, mix everything and leave it to freeze in the freezer. Take it out after 1 hour, stir and sprinkle with crumbled meringues. Leave in the freezer for 4 hours.
Upon serving you can garnish with fresh fruits of your choice.
