Put the pre-cleaned fish in a suitable container, salt and pour on the lemon juice. Cover the container and leave it in the marinade for at least 1 night.

Arrange the fish in a pre-buttered tray. Season them with oregano and black pepper, cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 min. in a preheated 392°F (200 °C). Remove the foil and crisp the fish for another 5 min. with just the top element or on a grill.

Serve the fish with a salad of your choice, sprinkled generously with parsley.
