Oven Baked Trout
- trout - 2, cleaned
- lemons - juice of 1
- white wine - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
- oregano - 1 tbsp, dried
- black pepper
- parsley - 1/2 bunch, chopped
Arrange the fish in a pre-buttered tray. Season them with oregano and black pepper, cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 min. in a preheated 392°F (200 °C). Remove the foil and crisp the fish for another 5 min. with just the top element or on a grill.
Serve the fish with a salad of your choice, sprinkled generously with parsley.
