"A doner tastier than any you`d find at a doner stand!"

Ingredients

  • veal - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • oil - 6 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • cabbages - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • pickles - 1
  • onions - 1 large head
  • tomatoes - 3 - 4
  • peppers - 1
  • potatoes - 2 fried, optional
  • bread - ekmek

How to cook

Chop the cabbages and cut the onions, peppers and pickle into strips, the tomatoes into crescents.

Cut the veal into thin bits with a chopper and put it to braise in the heated oil along with the onion. Season with the spices and cook until the meat gets a nice crisp.

Cut the ekmek bread into 4 parts, toast them and put veal and vegetables into each one. Usually, garlic yogurt sauce is poured into the doner kebab.
