How to cook
Wash the chicken hearts, make a careful incision down the middle and take out the large blood vessel.
Mix all of the other ingredients together and pour them on the hearts. Cover the container and leave them to marinate overnight.
The next day, string them on skewers and put them to cook on a heated grill - 2-3 min. per side or until you feel they are ready.
Be careful not to overcook them so they don't end up too chewy.
