How to cook
Put the butter in a small bowl, add the coriander, juice and rind of the lime and black pepper. Stir well and put it to freeze in the freezer.
Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry 2 of the steaks for 2-3 min. per side.
Transfer them to a plate and keep them warm. Fry the other 2 steaks.
Distribute the steaks in serving plates, put the herbal butter on top. Serve with vegetables of your choice.
