How to cook
Put the yoghurt, salt, sugar and baking soda in a bowl. Stir everything well and add the flour to it.
Knead a dough from the resulting mixture. Divide it into several parts and roll them out.
Sprinkle them with flour and bake in a slightly oiled tray in a moderate oven until fully ready.
5 min. prior to taking the flat bread pitas out of the oven, sprinkle them with grated cheese and savory.
