Neapolitan-Style Spaghetti with Mushroom Sauce

  • spaghetti - 14 oz (400 g)
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • liquid cream - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • champignons - 14 oz (400 g)
  • salt - 2 pinches


Boil the spaghetti in salted water, so that the inside is slightly firm. Drain them of the water.

To make the sauce, cut the mushrooms into slices. Chop the onions finely and braise them in the butter until transparent. Add the mushrooms and braise until golden.

Sprinkle with the flour and salt and stir. While stirring nonstop, pour in the liquid cream.

Heat it without letting it come to a boil for about 2 min. while stirring nonstop. Add the spaghetti to the sauce, stir once more and serve.find similar recipes here
