How to cook
Take out the clam meat and leave it to thaw. Wash the rice and soak it in water for 1 hour. Chop the vegetables and braise them in a little oil along with the chopped garlic and onions.
Pour them into a pot. Arrange the washed clam meat on top. Pour on the tomato paste and sprinkle with the spices. Bake at 392°F (200 °C) until the clams are cooked.
