"A cup of beer for these feta cheese balls and one for you - be sure to stick to those proportions."

Ingredients

  • feta cheese - 14 oz (400 g), a harder type (aged cheese is ok)
  • eggs - 3
  • flour - 4/5 cup (180 g)
  • beer - 1 cup

How to cook

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the latter with the beer.

Mix the resulting mixture with the flour and add the whites, which have been whipped to a fluffy cream.

Stir, in order to get a smooth batter and then dip the cubes of feta cheese in it.

Fry the feta cheese balls in a deep fryer until ready.
