Ingredients

  • beans - 2 cups
  • chutney - 1 cup
  • leeks - 1 bunch
  • olive oil
  • vinegar - optional
  • black pepper
  • olives - for decoration

Preparation

Wash the beans and soak them in water for several hours. Then rinse them and boil in salted water.

Drain from the liquid and transfer to a bowl.

Chop the leeks finely and add them to the bowl. Pour in the chutney and season with the spices.

Stir the products well and pour the salad into suitable plates. Decorate with olives and serve.
