Chop the pork into bits and dip them in a marinade of the listed ingredients. Let it sit for 3 hour, stirring from time to time.
Then take out the meat (but don't throw out the marinade) and braise it lightly in olive oil. Wash the broccoli, rip them to florets and drop them in boiling water for 3 min. Take them out and wash them with icy-cold water.
Drain them from the liquid and transfer to a buttered oven dish. Add the meat and stir. Pour in the marinade and put the dish in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven. Bake until all of the ingredients are cooked.
