How to cook
Place the steaks on a suitable counter and tenderize them. Then sprinkle them on both sides with the listed spices.
Prepare a marinade from the roundly sliced onion, mashed garlic cloves and the remaining spices.
Put the steaks in a deep container and pour on the marinade. Cover the container with a lid.
Put it in the fridge for 4 hours, stirring the ingredients periodically.
Bake the seasoned steaks in a preheated 392°F (200°C) oven until they become as crispy as you like them.
