Tuna Fish and Brie Sandwich
- ciabatta - 4, with olives
- tuna - 1 can
- brie - 9 oz (250 g)
- cream cheese
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- olives - 16 - 20, green, pitted
- red onions
Cut the ciabatta breads open like a book and smear them with cream cheese.
Mix the tuna with the olive oil and spread it on top of the cream cheese.
Garnish with the thinly sliced tomatoes, cucumber, onions and olives.
Add slices of the chopped Brie and a leaf of lettuce.
Serve with orange juice.
