How to cook
Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry and cut them in half. Wash the basil leaves and let them drain from the water. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes, about the size of the olives.
Put a tomato half on a toothpick, then a mozzarella cube, the 2nd tomato half and a basil leaf. Finish the culinary composition off with an olive. Repeat the process for the remaining products.
Arrange the bites in a large suitable plate or paper bonbon baskets, then place those in a platter.
