How to cook
Heat the olive oil in a pot and saute the onions. Add the cut into small cubes carrots and pepper.
Once they soften, add 2 cups of water. Once the water comes to a boil, add in the chopped chicken meat.
Let the dish simmer until the chicken fillet is boiled. Then add the vermicelli. Once it softens, take the pot off the stove for a moment.
Pour in the milk (it needs to be at room temperature), stirring energetically.
Sprinkle with the spices, put it back on the stove and stir once more. After 15 min., take the soup off the stove and serve.
