How to cook
Heat the milk but don't let it come to a boil.
Add the cream in a thin trickle, stir the mixture and heat it for 3 min. while stirring nonstop on low heat, again without letting it come to a boil.
Distribute into earthenware pots, close them with their lids. Bake 6 hours at 194°F (90 °C).
Take the lids off and bake the pots another 10 min. Take them out of the oven and serve right away.
