Ingredients

  • strawberries - 14 oz (400 g)
  • sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • cognac - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • cream - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • powdered sugar - 3 tbsp
  • cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
  • almonds - 2 tbsp (30 g), sliced

Preparation

Clean the strawberries and cut them into halves. Cover them with the sugar and leave them for 30 min. in the fridge.

Stir and distribute them into glasses. Beat the cream with the cognac, cayenne pepper and powdered sugar.

Pour this cream over the strawberries and sprinkle with sliced almonds on top.
