How to cook
Saute the broccoli just enough to thaw it. Arrange in a tray, then put the slices of butter on top.
Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, pour in the milk and finish off with the parmesan.
Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven until the parmesan melts. Serve with slices of lemon.
