Make a marinade with the ingredients. Smear the ribs with it, don't cut them, leave them whole, in 1 big piece.

Leave the ribs to soak in the marinade for two hours. Cover them with something and put the dish in the refrigerator. Then remove the meat and leave it to sit for a few minutes at room temperature.

Transfer to a tray and add the marinade on top. Bake in a hot oven until the ribs acquire a nice tan.
