Wash the rice and soak it in water for one hour. Clean and chop the onion, carrots and garlic.

Cook the onion and garlic in a skillet first, then add the carrots and peas. When you notice that the products begin to soften, add the rice and stir. Add the tomatoes.

Sprinkle with spices and mix again. Let the dish simmer for 5-10 minutes on the fire and remove it. Transfer into a baking dish. Optionally, add a little water.
