How to cook
Wash the rice and soak it in water for one hour. Clean and chop the onion, carrots and garlic.
Sprinkle with spices and mix again. Let the dish simmer for 5-10 minutes on the fire and remove it. Transfer into a baking dish. Optionally, add a little water.
Bake in a preheated oven at a moderate temperature for 30-40 minutes.
