Wash the pumpkin, peel and cut it into pieces. Arrange on a paper baking tray and bake in preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
Blend and mix the pumpkin with warm condensed milk, honey, sugar, sour cream and rum. Stir until you get a smooth cream. Distribute into cups and put in the refrigerator to set.
Serve decorated with whipped cream.
