"There aren`t your regular donuts but uniquely delicious potato donuts that you just have to share with your friends."

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 21 oz (600 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • cream - 2 tablespoons
  • flour - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • yeast - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

How to cook

Boil, peel and mash the potatoes into a puree. Allow it to cool for half an hour. Dilute the yeast in a little hot water and add it to the mashed potatoes.

Add the salt, eggs, flour, sugar and cream and mix well. Use the dough to make balls and drop them in boiling oil. Fry until golden and serve hot or cold.
