"A cake without a cocoa glaze? No thanks..."

Ingredients

  • cocoa - 2 tablespoons
  • liquid chocolate - 2 tablespoons
  • powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • butter - 2 tablespoons

How to cook

Melt the butter on low heat and to it add the cocoa, sugar and chocolate. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water.

Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon for 10 minutes. You can use the resulting glaze to top cakes and other baked desserts.

For even greater effect, after putting on the chocolate glaze, you can add colored sprinkles to the cake.
