The apricots are washed, cut into halves, and their pits removed. Put them in a pot, add the water and heat until boiled.
After the mixture comes to a boil, lower the heat to a medium temperature, the foam is removed and boil the mixture for another 15 minutes.
Blend the mixture, add the sugar and bring to a boil once again. Boil until all the sugar dissolves.
Distribute the hot nectar into jars and close them well. Store in a cool place.
