Wash the lettuce and let it drain. Bisect the roasted pepper and roll up their halves. Place them in the middle of the plate.

Around them, arrange the leafy vegetables, tomatoes that are cut into crescents, sliced radishes, sliced green pepper, olives, sliced egg and beans.

Flavor it with the spices and serve as an appetizer.
