How to cook
The yeast is mixed with a little flour, a pinch of sugar and warm milk. Leave it to rise in a warm place.
Sift the flour, put it in a tray and make a hole in the middle. Add 3 eggs, the salt and risen yeast to it. Knead a not-too-hard dough, roll out a 1/2″ (1 cm) thick crust from it. Distribute the butter in small pieces on it. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it on the crust.
Roll up the loaf, twist it in one direction and put it in a baking dish. Wait for it to rise again so it fills in all the gaps in the baking dish.
Top with egg and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 40 minutes.
