Ingredients

  • sauerkraut - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • bulgur - 1 2/3 cups (400 grams)
  • oil - 1 cup (240 ml)
  • paprika - 2 tablespoons
  • chili peppers - 1

Preparation

Wash and squeeze the cabbage to drain the juice.

Cut it into pieces and leave it to boil with the bulgur in the drained cabbage juice.

In the heated oil, add paprika and stir. Put it in with the cabbage and boil until ready. Put a whole chili pepper in as well.find similar recipes here
