Ingredients

  • nettle - 28 oz (800 g)
  • carrots - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • celery - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • onions - 7 oz (200 g)
  • flour - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • yoghurt - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • garlic - 2 oz (50 g)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • rice - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • salt - to taste

How to cook

Wash and clean the nettle carefully. Cut it finely. Slice the carrots and onion finely, then saute them in the oil.

Add the nettle and salt and saute everything. Add water and let it boil. Add the washed rice and crushed garlic.

Boil until ready.

Serve the soup with crushed walnuts and yoghurt.
