How to cook
Dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt. Sieve the flour three times to get it nice and airy. Make a well in it and add the beaten eggs, olive oil, yogurt, salt, sugar and cottage cheese.
Mix the products and knead the dough with floured hands. Leave it to rest for 15 minutes and mix again. Split it into balls, flatten them slightly. Arrange them in a pan, on top of baking paper.
Bake in a moderate oven for about half an hour. Finally, sprinkle it with grated cheese. Optionally, add your favorite spices.
